What will happen to my Definitive Board Prep Course if ABOG switches from an oral to a written certifiying exam in 2022?
In the exceedingly unlikely event that ABOG switches from an oral to a written format certifying exam, all ExamPro candidates who purchased but did not yet attend our Definitive Board Prep Course will receive the following:
-Days 1 and 2 (didactic lectures on high yield OB, GYN and Office topics), and Day 6 (which will switch from public mock orals to a Written exam skills course) which all remain highly exam relevant and will be made available to you in person or online depending on which seminar you purchased. Days 3, 4 and 5 of the course still have value, but we feel they do not meet our strict criteria to allow their
full benefit to be realized for a written exam (value of days 1, 2 and 6: $1100).
-In addition, we will make available online, a lecture on histology (this lecture is typically given on day 4 of the 6-day course).
-Furthermore, we will send you copies of the following (all of which are highly relevant to the written format, board certifying exam):
1)
Certifying exam MCQ question bank (this is different from our Question bank used for the Board
eligibility exam, and was only made available 7 weeks before last year's "COVID" exam. It is specific to the Certifying exam level). (value $150)
2) Histology Atlas (value $100)
3) ACOG Practice Bulletin and Committee Opinion Summaries Manual (value $250)
-You get to keep your Prep Manual, Clinical Cases Manual and high yield presentation manual.
-You will receive a refund (for the balance of your payment). This will typically be $600. If you have already purchased any of the additional manuals your refund will be adjusted upwards accordingly. Adjustments may also be made if you purchased the course as part of a package.
