I purchased an item last year, can I use it this year?
Yes, you can use certain items the following year, but you must pay the price difference.  At time of purchase you must  let us know that you are purchasing it for the following year. You also must notify us in writing if you are defering your exam to the following year so that you can carry over your unused services.
