What do I need to send in to have my case list reviewed?
Please send us a copy of your de-identified ABOG report for the review.

PLEASE NOTE: In compliance with HIPAA requirements, please make sure you send your ABOG version of the report for your Case List Review instead of the Candidate version (which has identifying information on it). Any identified lists received will be deleted or shredded.
