Seminar Choices

Case List Construction (including oral technique) (1-Day) Course: This course emphasizes oral exam technique, case list construction and review. It is extremely comprehensive and last the entire day, often extending into the early evening. It is designed to give you the basic tools to construct and review your case list,  prepare for the exam and to focus your study. You are encouraged to attend one of these seminars as early in the year as possible.

Board Review (written and oral ) (4- Day) Course: Our course is exam focused. We bring top speakers drawn from across the nation. Each lecture is dynamic, informative and designed to help you pass your exam. Only 3 days away from office, we reduce study time to a minimum. Optional (free) half hour evening sessions for oral board prep (highly advised even for written board candidates) (This course is 40 hours of CME credits)

Definitive Board Prep (5-Day) Course: This course includes the mock oral course  (which runs from days 3 through 5). This day is dedicated entirely giving the candidate exposure to the mock oral exam environment. This is accomplished by dividing up seminar registrants into groups of a limited, maximum size (to ensure personalized exposure and experience).  In addition every registrant will have an opportunity to be be in the hot seat during a private mock oral session. In order to accommodate everyone's private mock oral session, these sessions may in fact be administered in the evening of the preceding 2 days days (after the days sessions are completed)  We review  how to manage the 'Case of the Day' portion of the exam, as well as provide further insight into mock oral exam technique. (This course is 15 hours of CME credits)

Mock Oral Course (Last 3 days of the 5 day Course): This course caters to those candidates who are looking specifically for mock oral exposure. The course comprises the last 3 days of the 5 day seminar. It provides tremendous exposure in both a public and personalized situation (see above for details). (This course is 6 hours CME credits)

Mock Oral Training (1 day) Course (for Board Certified physicians) : This course caters to board certified OB/GYNs who wish to add an additional income stream by learning how to give mock orals to exam candidates. This course teaches the issues to consider when providing mock oral service and then give practical exposure to the mock oral environment where these techniques can be studied and rehearsed.

ExamPro takes "the fear of the unknown" out of the entire exam process!

Our seminars are available nationwide. See our Schedule.

These courses are designed specifically with the oral (not the written) board exam in mind. These have been widely acclaimed as the most useful, cost and time effective preparation for the exam. The first day of the Definitive Board Prep (5-day) Course, involves case list preparation, review and oral exam technique. It is virtually identical to the Case List Construction course (1-day). Many candidates choose (and we encourage them) to register initially for the Case List Construction course only, and then if you choose, register at a later time (once you have already experienced the benefits of the Case List Construction course) for the Definitive Board Prep course.

Case List Construction (and Oral Technique) Course

We begin by eliminating fear of the unknown. We do this by revealing the exam format (and practical issues associated with this). We then move on to showing you how to review your case list, with particular regard to predicting the questions you are most likely to be asked based on what is actually on your case list. In addition, we show you the basics of oral exam technique, and how you can take control of your exam. We also have an opportunity to review concerns that candidates often have regarding their very own case lists.
